I work with people who long for support that honors thier autonomy, helps their nervous system settle, and offers tools for resilience and joy. I also specialize in perinatal psychiatry. My name is Roe, I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I help you find ground in the complexity of being a human at this time. We draw on integrative medication management, labs, sleep, nutrition and gut support, somatic therapy, and manual care, including pelvic floor and abdominal work. Life is full of thresholds: it is tender, messy, joyful, and transformative. You deserve care that celebrates who and where you have been. Together we’ll create a space of safety, depth, and possibility. My background includes over a decade in labor and delivery nursing, doula work, somatic trauma repair and bodywork. I believe healing isn’t just about reducing symptoms; it’s about reclaiming vitality, agency, and belonging. My goal is to create a space where queer and Trans people feel resourced and empowered. Outside of session, I share life with my partner and our two kids, tending to land, community, and creative work. This grounding helps me show up with reverence, humor, and genuine care each time we meet.
