Kind of forced to change a 4.5 to 0.0. Last appt was given an antibiotic I explained I was resistant to. Maybe testing showed that was no longer the case, so i filled it and took it and my condition remains. Called to speak to the nurse few days later. She was away, waited couple hours called back fortunately she answered. Told doctor would be notified. Two days later nada. No way for
them to know whether I’ve succumbed to the infection. So as nice and professional as all was, had to go elsewhere.

I was worried. He wanted to try a medication first. Quite often I have problems with medications and bad reactions. He assured me that if it didn't work that he could do a procedure that would fix the problem.
I was hesitant and said that I could probably just deal with the problem as I had been doing. His response was quick and to the point. He asked me why I would want to continue to be uncomfortable and inconvenienced when a simple procedure would fix the problem permanently. His tone was a bit sharp and the way he looked at me was intense.
I didn't have an answer. It made me feel less nervous. He scheduled a test that was also a bit upsetting. He made me feel comfortable about that as well. Like he said the test wasn't nearly as bad as I'd expected.

I saw Dr. Dhir after having symptoms of UTI or kidney stones . My urine culture came back normal so I went for a CT that was supposed to be STAT, meaning they would get me the results immediately. 7 hours later and 5 phone calls and an ugly one that finally got them to give me my results. The CT came back normal but I’m still in pain and I’m bleeding. He told his nurse to tell me to finish my antibiotic I am out of because I only received enough for 3 days (when urine culture came back negative) and didn’t bother to investigate my symptoms any further. I would think a urologist could look for what else could cause my symptoms, but no... I was dismissed.
