Whether you seek relief from prolonged sadness, overwhelming stress, excessive worry, relationship challenges, sexuality issues, addiction, or simply want to get unstuck and move forward, I believe I can help. Together, we will uncover unhelpful patterns and develop the skills necessary for positive, lasting change. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for anyone, regardless of ethnicity or sexual orientation, to explore even the most difficult topics. With extensive training in a variety of treatment approaches, I have many tools at my disposal. Together, we will find the strategies that help you heal. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University, Brookville, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
