I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are feeling overwhelmed in their relationships, disconnected from their emotions, or unsure of their next steps. What should a new client know about working with you?
In our work together, I provide a calm, compassionate space where you can slow down, explore what you’re truly feeling, and begin to shift the patterns that may no longer serve you. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, grounded in helping you reconnect with your emotions, strengthen communication, and build more secure, fulfilling relationships—with others and with yourself.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and systems-based approaches to meet your unique needs.
