“I am so grateful to have found? Denise. I have been through my fair share of mental health professionals, and she was so kind, compassionate, and honestly just refreshing. Not only did she listen and give feedback, but she gave examples and made me feel like I was not alone in the things I was feeling. Most importantly she made me feel like I’m doing OK and I can do this. And realistically we all need that bump up, especially us who struggle with our mental health. Highly highly recommend?. I will continue seeing her indefinitely and I am so grateful to this app for bringing me to her. ?”

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am genuinely invested in the mental health and overall well being of my clients. I am committed to forming a therapeutic partnership with my clients which serves to facilitate and ensure a healthier, more optimal mental health journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I began with an initial consultation so the patient can determine if I am the right fit for their specific needs. We discuss their overall goals for treatment which helps me to tailor an individualized treatment plan that best meets their needs and what they wish to accomplish and/or gain from treatment. We then decide on a follow up schedule based on their availability and individualized treatment plan.

Denise is phenomenal, I had messed up doing things on my end for our initial visit, so it couldn’t take place, however, she reached out and made time for me soon after to ensure she got to me! She has been very personable and super helpful.

I thoroughly enjoy therapy sessions with Ms. Cole. She is attentive and she has made a crucial impact on my life and marriage. Before our sessions, my marriage was in jeopardy of ending. She has been able to help both of us through tough times, even though she is seeing me individually.
