I’m a dual certified family and Psychiatric nurse practitioner. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I believe healing starts with feeling understood. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly, explore what’s affecting your well-being, and begin building the life you want. I provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD/ADD, and sleep disorders.
A significant part of my practice focuses on women’s mental health. I am passionate about supporting women through challenges related to mood, trauma, stress, identity, relationships, and life transitions. Whether you’re navigating high-functioning anxiety, postpartum changes, hormonal shifts, or long-standing trauma, I offer compassionate, tailored care to help you regain clarity and emotional balance.
I also have extensive experience working with veterans and active-duty service members. I provide thorough evaluations and nexus letters for those whose mental health conditions may be connected to their military service. I understand the complexity of these cases and strive to make the process clear, respectful, and supportive.

My approach is collaborative, integrative, and grounded in respect. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and helps you move forward with confidence, stability, and hope.

I had a great experience working with my physician. She took the time to really listen to me, explain my options clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with every step of my treatment. Since starting Adderall XR under her guidance, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my focus and daily functioning. I feel more organized, productive, and in control of my routines. I’m very grateful for her professionalism, support, and the care she provides. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and attentive physician.
