Rory Cohen, LMFT

Rory Cohen, LMFT

Marriage and Family Therapist
CA
I have worked as a therapist for the past 12 years, I have worked in multiple clinics/practices. In addition to that I have been a supervisor and adjunct faculty. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD and autism. I believe I work best with individuals and I can work across all ages and backgrounds. I work with clients to help them understand how their actions, behaviors and beliefs are natural consequences of their relationships with themselves and internal beliefs. I utilize a lot of EMDR work as well as motivational interviewing. I work remotely, from my home. I aim to help you understand your underlying beliefs about yourself, others and the world to help identify what has led you to where you are today. From there I help identify different ways to change or accept your circumstances.
