“Doctor Rosa Pacheco was very professional and even know it was the first time she saw me. She was very knowledgeable of my record and medications! She explained everything about the treatment! I really like that she talked to me in my first language and asked me first if I wanted to talk in Spanish or English! That was a plus because I'm more fluent in Spanish than English! Thanks for having a Bilingual Doctor! Well needed in a community that has a big population of Spanish Speakers!”

I went in because I had a clog left ear. The doctor prescribed getting it cleaned out by the nurse. The nurse proceeded to clean out the ear and was happy with the results. The doctor then came in to verify that the procedure was performed to the Drs satisfaction. Good follow up policy.
