Rosa Munson-Blatt was super kind and explained everything really clearly. The rest of the office staff was also very nice, especially the woman, I believe her name is Jacky, who brought me to the room and took my blood pressure. I was nervous for this appointment after having had mediocre experiences in the past, but I felt very reassured by everyone I saw here.

The wait was not long I pre filled out all paperwork that was needed from me. Had a great first visit got even better news and I actually met with the person I booked the appointment with. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and listened to my concerns

Amazing and friendly staff. Dr Rosa Munson Blatt was very attentive, listened with care, and made me feel super comfortable. Wait time was non existent. Everything went smoothly. I was very impressed by the great customer service by the front desk and the empathy showed by the Dr and staff who saw me. 10/10 recommend.

She was super nice and listened to what I had to say and my concerns. She took notes and made sure they were accurate. The pap portion of my appointment was quick and painless. She made sure I knew where and when she would be touching me and completed everything quickly and efficiently. Had me scheduled for a follow up appointment for my concerns in no time as well.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a medical appointment. I wish they had communicated how busy they were. The worst was the sonogram tech - she didn’t even see me until I came out in my gown to find out what was going on. She was also rude to me, instead of being understanding as to why I was frustrated (I was waiting for at least 20 mins just on her). The actual physician is very nice, but by then, I was ready to get my appointment over with. My entire time there was nearly an hour and half. I won’t be going back.
