I incorporate evidence-based practice with an integrative and holistic approach to improve mental health outcomes. This approach emphasizes the importance of the mind-body connection and stems from the understanding that mental health can affect multiple areas of one’s life. My personalized treatment plan is tailored to each patient and may include a variety of therapeutic modalities including medication and alternative therapies. I believe in the importance of working together to develop the best treatment plan to ensure positive and successful outcomes.
