The visit went well we went over medication, doctor visits that are still needed and given replacement referrals for one that we misplaced.
Today my visit went well I came in for a specific set of symptoms- although the NP and I did not discuss them in thorough detail- it went okay. I am slowly moving forward w/ the options provided
Overall visit was focused on reading previous results in chart, NP was okay but didn't really get to know the history or inquire further about the chief complaint. Gave regular and diet education.
