Dr. Rosie Russell is a board-certified and licensed chiropractor who is passionate about helping her patients live a healthy and active lifestyle. Dr. Rosie received her Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology from University of California, Berkeley. She then pursued her dreams of becoming a chiropractor and obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West. Dr. Rosie was a Premier League rugby player for Life Chiropractic College West and a two time collegiate All-American during her rugby career at University of California, Berkeley. During her career as an elite collegial athlete, Dr Rosie accrued her fair share of injuries from separated shoulders to concussions. When traditional medical approaches failed to get her back into the game, Dr. Rosie felt frustrated sitting on the sidelines which ultimately led her to discover chiropractic care. Receiving chiropractic care helped Dr. Rosie get back on the field and became the driving force that made her pursue a career in chiropractic. Dr. Rosie believes in a holistic approach to healthcare and aspires to help her patients reach their fullest potential. Dr. Rosie enjoys working with people of all ages and utilizes a variety of evidence based soft tissue and adjusting techniques.
