Rose' Yun Ze, MPH, RD

Dietitian
MI
My professional journey into nutrition started when I pursued nursing in Singapore. I found the food choices and variety to be subpar in schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and even grocery stores! This set me on a path to learn more about how nutrition impacts one's life and longevity. After meeting with a dietitian at the hospital I interned at, I decided dietetics was the right path for me and pursued my Nutrition degree abroad. I earned my Bachelor's in Nutrition Science from Pepperdine University and my Master's in Public Health Nutrition from Loma Linda University. My professional training and experience include inpatient (acute hospital care), long-term care, and telenutrition. I've had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages, 7 to 100+, and I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds. My most experienced specialties are weight management, chronic disease prevention and management (diabetes, renal disease, heart disease), and geriatric nutrition. I do not put myself in a box or limit what I can do-rest assured, no matter your diagnosis, conditions, or symptoms, I will seek the answers you need to improve your health! My mission is to provide holistic, individualized, and evidence-based recommendations for my clients. I strive for my clients to feel heard, understood, and held accountable. I can help you find long-term success, and I will be there with you if you face setbacks, offering realistic persistence and consistency. I am bilingual-I speak English and Mandarin Chinese. If you are Chinese-speaking, I am happy to provide nutrition services in Chinese, although it might take some getting used to as English is my first language.
