Nurse Practitioner (Psychotherapy)

I am working as a therapist. I am Rosemary, a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes healing begins when you feel truly heard. You may be feeling overwhelmed by grief, change, or a life transition that has left you unsteady or unsure of what comes next. Perhaps you’re functioning on the outside, while inside you’re carrying loss, uncertainty, or a sense that something needs to shift. I work with adults navigating grief and major life transitions—those moments when life changes and you’re not quite sure who you are or where you’re headed. Our practice requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation/no-show fee. This policy applies to all patients of the practice.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, client-centered, and holistic, shaped by many years of experience as a family nurse practitioner caring for people across all stages of life. I don’t rush the process or reduce you to a diagnosis; I’m interested in your whole story. Everyone deserves space to make sense of what they’re carrying, and I consider it an honor to hear yours.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is low-pressure and focused on helping you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. It’s normal to feel nervous, relieved, or unsure at the start, and all of that is welcome here. If you’re ready to feel heard and supported through this chapter of your life, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
