Rosemary Rodriguez, MS, RD

Dietitian
600 W 6th St, Ste 400, Fort Worth, TX
Hi, I’m Rosemary Rodriguez, MS, RD, a registered dietitian passionate about helping women feel confident in their bodies and make peace with food. I support women navigating diabetes, PCOS/PMOS, thyroid issues, IBS, IBD, weight concerns, binge eating, body image struggles, and more, all through evidence-based, compassionate nutrition care. I earned my Master’s in Nutrition from the University of Central Arkansas (4.0 GPA!) and my Bachelor’s in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Arkansas (GO HOGS!). After gaining experience in clinical, community, foodservice, and entrepreneurial settings, I realized that nutrition is never a one-size-fits-all, and your care shouldn’t be either, because I truly believe you're one of a kind! I take a practical, realistic approach that fits your life. Think of me as your non-judgmental, laid-back coach; as a fellow foodie (which is exactly why I became a dietitian☺), I totally get it, we've all been there. As you learn to trust your body, enjoy food without guilt, and feel like yourself again, join me for a consultation, and let’s make it happen! You're not alone in this. I've got you girl!
