I provide a combination of medication management, supportive therapy, and holistic mental health care tailored to each patient’s needs. I believe in treating the whole person by focusing not only on symptoms, but also on lifestyle factors such as stress management, sleep, coping skills, wellness, and emotional balance. I use an empathetic, patient-centered approach that encourages open communication and active participation in treatment decisions. During visits, patients can expect compassionate listening, professional guidance, and evidence-based care designed to support long-term emotional well-being and stability.
