This allows me to make an accurate diagnosis and develop a personalized treatment plan. Follow-up sessions focus on ongoing assessment, medication management when appropriate, and supportive, therapeutic conversation to help you process challenges and build coping strategies. While I do not provide long-term psychotherapy, I incorporate therapeutic techniques such as psychoeducation, supportive therapy, and goal-focused discussions into each visit. Treatment plans are collaborative and flexible, and are adjusted over time based on your progress, feedback, and evolving needs.
