I never made it pass the front desk/check in process. The office smelled and look unclean and unkept. Ceiling tiles missing , the office smelled of sour water. The front staff was very unprofessional holding side conversations about personal life while checking me in. I asked for my license and insurance card back and left. Can speak on the doctor as I never made it pass check in. When the office contacted me prior to my appt understanding the person who called was close to impossible because of his heavy accent. He was however patient and kind.

I scheduled a week in advance I was told to change my pcp on my insurance a day before by an outside rep, showed up to my appointment only for them to tell me they can’t do what I scheduled for and they were requesting a reference number from my insurance when my insurance rep told them that I was good to go. I don’t recommend! I didn’t even get seen even after offering to just pay out of pocket! This place was very unprofessional and unorganized.

I like how nice the nurses were however I wasn't appreciative of the doctor I had to only listen one thing that was wrong with me and build that around what I was going for which was something completely different.
