About Dr. Rosine Kemeni
Dr. Rosine Kemeni is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Chesapeake, Virginia, with twenty years of nursing experience. She is the owner of Meridian Patient Care, Your Primary Care Practice. She attended the prestigious Hampton University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) focus.
She subsequently obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of North Florida. She is a nationally certified FNP and has been working full-time as a nurse practitioner since 2014.
Dr. Kemeni has called Hampton Roads her home for over 25 years after moving here from Boston, Massachusetts. She began her nursing career at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital on a Medical Surgical and Stepdown unit. Feeling the desire to do more than floor nursing, she pursued her master's degree and started working as a nurse practitioner at Bon Secours Free Clinic before later joining the medical group. A few years ago, she joined the medical group at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, where she works as a primary care provider.
She is dedicated to the well-being of her patients and committed to providing the best care while establishing long-lasting relationships. Dr. Kemeni is empathetic to the individuality of each patient's situation and adapts her consultations and treatment options to accommodate their unique needs and concerns. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners.

NP Rosine was fantastic! She takes her time to fully understand your issues and offers excellent option on how your care should be handled. Being in healthcare for over 30 years, I've come to find that NP's are much more through with their exams.

Being in healthcare for over 30 years, I can say that this is one of the best experiences that I have had in a long, long time. Nurse first took a quick history and then NP went over it again adding to the initial notes. Very very thorough. Face to Face time was about 1.5 hours total. Quite pleased with what I have seen so far.
