“Great experience!!! Had an infected cyst on my neck. It was painful and I needed relief. I just assumed that I’d go in for a “consultation” and have to go back in two weeks…and just live the pain. Not the case at all!!!! The doctor was sympathetic of the pain, and performed the procedure right then. I left in barely an hour with great relief and a scheduled follow up to complete the procedure. Can’t say they can perform on-the-spot treatment like this for all conditions, but these dolks are wonderful. I highly recommend them.”

online it said my insurance was accepted , but when i got there they told me they didnt accept my insurance . they was nice but they just didn't accept me as a client?? . i only spoke with the receptionist who handled the doctors appointment .

Very bad business practice- I had a appt and traveled 2hrs to get there and the office was closed . No one called me to inform me. After they actually had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to reschedule. How on earth would I trust a practice that couldn’t even call me to reschedule a consultation. I would stay away there is much better practices in New York

Dr and entire office staff was amazing. Dr was clear answered all concerns and questions clearly and thoroughly. Staff was amazing in answering all questions, helping with all insurance questions, prior authorizations and concerns. Couldn’t have asked for more. Because I had all information and documents properly entered and uploaded into Zocdoc checking in as a new patient was a breeze, nothing needed to be reiterated multiple times as is usually the case when seeing a Dr for the first time even when using Zocdoc as I’ve experienced before. Would definitely recommend.
