What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, you can expect a patient-centered approach where we collaborate to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. I prioritize open and honest communication, encouraging you to share any questions or concerns along the way. Your privacy and confidentiality are paramount, and I treat everything you share with the utmost respect. My care is holistic, considering not only your mental health but also your physical well-being and lifestyle. I see myself as a partner in your journey, supporting you through challenges and celebrating successes. Mental health is a dynamic process, so we will regularly assess your progress and adjust your treatment as needed. Whether we explore medication, therapy, or a combination, I will ensure you're fully informed and involved in every decision we make together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me begins with a thorough assessment where we discuss your current mental health concerns, medical history, and any symptoms you're experiencing. I’ll ask questions to understand your experiences and how they impact your daily life. Based on this, we’ll work together to develop a treatment plan, which may include medication management, therapy, or both. While I don’t offer long-term talk therapy, I do provide supportive counseling and help you develop coping strategies. Throughout our sessions, we’ll regularly check in on your progress and adjust the plan as needed to ensure you’re on the right path to feeling better.

NP Roudette has been a huge help with my depression over the years. She listens, understands, and has given me practical tools to cope. I’m really grateful for her support."
Ms Ferrer is very cordial and thorough. She listened and was very supportive, respectful and professional. I highly recommend her! Sincerely, Jonathan
-canceled my appt with her without telling Zocdoc or me. Her reasoning was when she checked my address on Zocdoc, it was out of state. If she would have sent over the forms, called me, or at the very least cancel the appt through Zocdoc, she would’ve found out that I am currently in the state and simply didn’t change it on Zocdoc. This has happened numerous times with other doctors(I move a lot)and it’s never been an issue because they understand basic communication. -I only found out she “canceled” (aka, simply didn’t show up) for our appt because I called her after few minutes after the appts scheduled time asking if everything was ok. I thought it was odd I never received the intake forms. -said she would send me forms and contact me later that day for an appt to make up for this and she never did. -even while talking with her I could tell she was a poor communicator and was refusing to take accountability for this. Just kept repeating the law that everyone knows about.
