What should a new client know about working with you?

I primarily work with adults and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and ADHD. I’m especially comfortable supporting individuals who are navigating life transitions, stress, or emotional challenges that impact daily functioning. My goal is to provide personalized, respectful care that helps each patient better understand their mental health and feel empowered in managing it. My journey to becoming a mental healthcare provider began during my time working in primary care, where I often saw patients struggling with anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges—but many weren’t receiving the mental health support they needed. It became clear to me how deeply mental health impacts every part of a person’s well-being, and I felt a strong pull to do more.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My communication style is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I strive to create a safe, calm environment where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. Sessions with me are collaborative—I listen closely, offer guidance when needed, and work with you at your own pace to explore challenges, build insight, and find practical strategies that support your mental wellness.
