At first I was a little skeptical about going because it was a private house turned into a doctor's office. Once I got inside all that changed. Felt like I was in a regular doctor's office. I was greeted professionally. Waited no longer then 30mintues. Dr. Ahmed staff was great. & She was wonderful. Very understanding. I was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I regretted ever making the trip to see this doctor. Very small and crowded office, very dirty and the reps at the front seat were so rude and unprofessional. The Indian girl rep" gamba rely speak English. I also do suspect fraud in that office. Never will I ever go back to the place. My advice,... Stay off this place.

Although Dr. Rounak Ahmed was kind and attentive she seemed overwhelmed by the basic things I was telling her. However, that is not what made my appointment a nightmare. The facility although they accepted my insurance charged me way more than what was listed on my insurance card. They were not open discussion about it and became rude when I called my insurance company who confirmed that they in fact are not charging me the correct rate. I will NEVER go back and will not be recommending this doctor or facility to anyone I know.

Did not get to see Dr. Ahmed because they were out of network for my insurance. It was definitely a waste of time and a disappointment because I made sure to call the facility regarding my insurance. However, I did not have to wait long to be called for Review of the health forms and documents. Make sure to call your insurance before visiting this facility and trusting zocdoc

Honestly I loved the doctor. But just her. She was awesome, friendly. She seemed very happy about her job, and she was not judgmental at all. She was attentive to my issues.
The office on the other hand, I waited 2 hours for my appointment with her. I waited simply because of such good ratings I had read about her on ZocDoc. If you have plans after your doctor's appointment here, I suggest you clear them all. Being at this office is a whole day thing.

Dr. Rounak was very thorough, patient and listened carefully to all my concerns. I felt comfortable with her. I definitely recommend her as a PCP!
Only disadvantage was the long wait. It was about an hour wait. If you have young children having to wait that long, it may be a concern.

My visit to Dr. Ahmed was great. While the wait time was less than desirable, when I got in to see the doctor, she was very calming, very professional and very personable.

I was a little worried about seeing Dr.Ahmed because I was seeing my former PCP for 6 years. Dr.Ahmed is more than professional, caring, and impeccable bedside manner. The wait was a little longer than I anticipated but I had some insurance verification problems, so that didn't help much. All of the staff was very helpful in the process, so I was able to see the doctor. After that the wait was not long to see Dr.Ahmed and get my bloodwork done either. She made me feel more than comfortable and she is very approachable. I think I found my new PCP! Thanks Dr.Ahmed :)
