Terrible experience!
The office was largely in disarray, I was interrupted multiple times when meeting with the doctor, nurses were careless when drawing blood, incredibly disorganized. I didn’t feel like a patient I felt like churn for profit. Never returning

AMAZING experience with this doctor!!!! I never leave reviews but this doctor was honestly amazing. I seriously wish I found her sooner! She listened to everything I had to say and didn't rush me at all. I felt like she actually cared and wanted to figure out what was going on instead of just getting me out the door. What really impressed me was she even talked about research studies and the actual guidelines for my condition. On top of that, she also has training in Integrative Medicine, so she knows a lot about supplements (like which ones are actually worth taking and which ones are basically a waste of money). We ended up talking a lot about Ayurveda and yoga because I practice both too. Seriously one of the best doctor visits I've ever had. She is the sweetest!

Apart from being seen immediately after arriving, Doctor Bawa was very kind and ready to hear about what was wrong and for the reason for my visit. Listened to my concerns and offered prompt resolution. Highly recommend this doctor. Went for one thing and ended up also assigning her as my new PCP! Was also very nice to have offered to bring me water!

I LOVE this clinic and everyone I have had contact with here. The union square office is beautiful with so much natural light in the lobby. I made a last minute appointment and was seen right away. Dr. Bawa is very respectful and kind. She has a gentle, natural approach and understands that medical conditions are nuanced. I liked that she looked for my input before making final decisions about medications or referrals. She also took her time to answer questions, made me feel heard, and remembers me from one visit to the next.

She was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and had a good bed side manner. She followed up with me very soon after my initial appointment about the results of my bloodwork which many doctors in New York don’t do. She has knowledge of western and eastern medicine so can provide info that goes beyond just western medicine.

My experience at this office was a bit confusing. There were issues with my appointment time, and I received conflicting emails and calls. The person I spoke with on the phone was hard to understand. While it’s rare for me to feel that a doctor’s visit is too long, this appointment felt overly drawn out, with the doctor being quiet, taking long pauses, and mostly offering basic advice about diet and sleep that didn’t add much value. When I reviewed my bill, I noticed an extra charge for 30 minutes of “counseling,” on top of the office visit which felt unnecessary given the experience.
