About Dr. Roxanne Tyroch

Dr. Roxanne Tyroch graduated from the University of Arizona School of Medicine in 1991. She fulfilled her internship and residency at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center (now Banner Health) and VAMC Phoenix. She was appointed as chief resident prior to moving to Fresno California, where she was a physician within the largest primary care group in the region at that time. She moved to El Paso, Texas in 1997 and was faculty at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center until 2005. During this time she was promoted to Associate Professor based on her academic and clinical achievements. She then served as a core faculty member for 2 years at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. She was employed by a large local hospitalist group for 5 years prior to opening Intellimedicine in 2014. She has been board certified since completing her residency. Dr. Tyroch has been highly active in advocacy at the local, state, and national levels since 2014. She is a past president of the El Paso County Medical Society. She serves as vice chair of the Lone Star Caucus of the (TMA) Texas Medical Association and has been appointed to the Ad Hoc Committee for Private Practice of the TMA. She has been a Texas Delegate to the (AMA) American Medical Association since 2014, having served on numerous reference committees of both organizations (AMA and TMA). She has authored and been deeply involved in the passage of resolutions within these organizations that serve the betterment of all patients and physicians. ?Above all, Dr. Tyroch loves her patients and finds deep fulfillment in her work. “It is my honor and privilege to be involved in patients’ lives at this level.
