The first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to truly understand what you’re experiencing — not just your symptoms, but your history, stressors, and goals. While the evaluation is thorough, the pace is collaborative and focused on clarity, not judgment.
Follow-up visits are structured, efficient, and focused on making sure your treatment plan is working and adjusted as needed.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Intakes are about 60-90min where we gather a solid foundation and understanding of what your needs are. Follow ups are usually about 30min for follow up and supportive therapy if indicated.
