The doc. listened but, did not consider what I told her about what really helps me with my condition. She said "she did not "feel"" she should give me a stimulant. While explained to her it was the only thing that helps with my ADD & Chronic Fatigue that plagues me every day. So, she prescribed me with a non-stimulant, and I have spent this time mostly in bed due to the fact that the medicine simply doesn't work. I told her this during the interview. I monitor my health very closely and don't take meds that affect me wrong. I really wish she would have "listened" to me.

I was treated well and listened to. I had no prior experience with a psych due to unsupportive family. Therapists and an institution visit sure, nonetheless there were no questions about getting me the treatment I needed or if I was sure that I needed treatment. I was initially nervous because some psychs see little/no mental health records and assume it's made up or an overreaction, but she didn't. She made me feel valid and seen.

Zocdoc is to impatient for reviews?? it’s only been a week with new meds so I’m still in the trial period but so far o complains I did ask to make some meds modifications a week later with no issues with are discussion I felt I’ve I needed something different with extreme understanding we are going to try a medication route followed up with another session and go from there with what I like to call my crippling anxiety ,ADD /ADHD I feel a good connection and understanding during our sessions, but also each is their own and everyone is different and every experience is different end of the day no complaints coming from someone who’s not fully medicated properly yet ?????? long road to travel one day at a time great doc friendly, nice and understanding ?
