Dr. Shakil take time to listen to your problem. I feel very secure talking to hear by knowing that I am in a good hand.
Very concise which I love but has a great bed side manner, she makes you feel like you are her most important patient
Dr. Shakil clearly cares about her patients & is so welcoming it’s easy to talk to her. I’m so happy I’ve found her!

She was VERY nice and understanding. She treated me like a person, not a number, and I REALLY appreciated her!!!!
At first I was nervous and didn't know what to think but her geniune smile makes you feel a little more at ease.
Terrible customer service. All they care about is churning through people to get their precious co-pays.
I enjoy her as a doctor, however I've had many run ins with her receptionist and I never get calls back.
I was very comfortable with Dr. Shakil, she was caring yet professional, informative and easy to talk to.
Has keen knowledge of her profession. Cares about you understanding all instructions and processes.
Very direct but empathetic. Knows what shes doing and cares about finding the best solution for you.
It went great! Very supportive, listened well, and throughly discussed a plan of action with me.
She was very professional, compassionate, and had very good recommendations. I was very pleased.
She was the worst psychiatrist I have ever seen and should be barred from practicing medicine.
She was able to point me in the right direction as far as what I needed to do moving forward.
Listened carefully, knew what I was going to say before I even said it....strange huh?? :)
She very quickly understood the problem, was familiar with the circumstances we described
Very thorough - does not rush the patient. Like the fact that she studied the elderly
A very professional doctor!! She knows what she is doing and gives straight answers!!
Not satisfied with the way she handles prescribed medications. Would never go back.
I felt a little bit rushed...but she was still great! I would recommend her!
I do not recommend this woman. She is condescending and very unhelpful.
Very good & easy to talk to. She gave me some options about meds.
She was really friendly, helpful and her office smelled great!!

I got in 15 minutes early. She gave sensible recommendations.
Patient and non-judgemental. Made me feel very comfortable.
too early to tell...only spoke with her for 15 minutes
She was extremely rude and abrasive. Filled out a dozen pieces of paper before my visit she obviously did not read ahead of time. I am not just saying any of this because she refused to fill medication my retired doctor prescribed. It was her tone and interaction. She would ask questions, attempted to answer then she would stop me and ask me the same question. Told her I did not have any other way to explain it other than what I just said she interrupted me on before I could finish a sentence.

She sux
She was very informative
I felt judged about everything I've told her and she decided I needed to be thrown in a hospital her staff are very rude not very much of people persons
Verified patient
She said she didn't feel comfortable seeing me because of the medicine I was taking. I wasted gas and money to see her. Thanks for literally nothing. And the staff is rude.

Doctor Shakil was very concise and knowledgeable during the new patient appointment. She was empathetic to my issues, and understood the extent of what I was experiencing. I will be referring family and friends to her in the future.
I loved Rubina, she is so sweet! Completely understanding about everything and a great psychiatrist. Very easy to open up to and has an abundance of knowledge. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend her to others.
She sucks
She is one of those types of docs you need to not judge too quickly. She comes across rather abrupt at first, but I am glad I continued to see her. She is very professional and business-like, but she is a good listener and is very sympathetic when appropriate. She even hugged me on one visit as I was leaving, saying she was sorry I had to be going through such a difficult time. She seems to know her stuff as far as meds go. Overall a good, helpful experience.
I get to the office and get seen right away.
She was absolutely no help at all
She is amazing!
She immediately acuused me of being addicted to my anti-anxiety medication which I hadn't taken in over 3 months. I told her my normal dosage which is FAR lower than the maximum and she looked at me like a drug addict. Besides, she's not a very happy person so why would I want her to treat me?
Don't go see this doctor, she was not any help to me. She lies about anything. I guess she is afraid of losing her green card or visa! Don't waste your time or effort.
I'm starting to really like her
I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Rubina Shakil. Working in a doctors office myself, I understand how important it is to have a doctor that is not only very knowledgable and informative about your condition, but is also genuinely concerned about your well-being. I definitely recommend her!
she required money up front in addition to my co pay, then canceled my medication when I couldn't not afford to see her on a weekly basis...very interested in making money not so much caring for the needs of the client.....
very professional
Very helpful. She was pleasant, professional, asked pertinent questions, and listened well. She made definite recommendations and I will continue to see her.
I only waited about 10minutes for my appointment. Shockingly though, she saw 2 other patients during that time. On my first visit I think she spent about 10minutes with me and she stared at a computer screen the whole time. Second appointment lasted maybe 5 minutes and she didn't like what I had to say so she basically yelled at me. Horrible demeanor, horrible attitude. Won't be back.
Great doctor
The staff was professional and greeted me upon arrival. Dr Shakil was very warm and compassionate. I felt she was easy to relate to and asked the right questions to determine next steps. I would highly recommend her services.
Dr. Shakil is very professional yet made me immediately feel at ease. She seemed genuinely interested and concerned with and explained her findings thoroughly. I am completely satisfied and feel better already.
Dr. Shakil is a nice person. However, make sure if it's your first visit or you have not visit her for longer than 6 month to book a 45 minutes appointment. Her staff is not great at caching this kind of stuff. I had a really bad experience; however Dr. Shakil was kind enough to make accommodate me.
