“As patient we think or want to say our existing problems, Doctor has listened it but prior to doctors visit nurse has abruptly saying that you are here for annual physical examination and we deal only with it and she was saying to book another appointment.
Coming to front desk she is not at all friendly and i literally felt that i am back in my school days where a student gets scared of his teacher
Based on overall experience i can recommend doctor as she is professional but remaining all staff are unprofessional”

In a last minute scramble by my regular dr vanishing, I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Desai within a week. She sat with me and went over all of my previous history and current medications, asked great questions and listened to my concerns. I am so happy to have found a great new primary care physician and so close to home that I am sending my mother her way this week.

During my recent visit, I had an amazing experience. The receptionist warmly welcomed me and efficiently checked me in. The medical assistant was incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease, and the doctor was not only knowledgeable but also very kind and attentive. I felt well taken care of and the entire team made my visit as pleasant as possible.

Dr. Desai was great & once I was in the room I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen.
The only recommendation I have is to book directly with their office because when I showed up they were not aware of my appointment because it was booked on Zocdoc. I received a whole confirmation email about my appointment so that was a bit concerning. Luckily they still got me in but definitely book with them directly!

The experience at Dr. Desai's office was awesome! The office receptionist was kind and got us in the room in a few moments. She did the flu shots and the initial paperwork. Then Dr. Desai came in the room and understood our previous blood work, explaining what was what. She was kind as well.
