Terrible place. I had an appointment with Ruby Ezra at 5:20, I got there at 5:00 and the place was closed. I got multiple confirmation texts and a notification that asked if I arrived at my appointment. So unprofessional I will not be coming back.

There are good doctors and there are Great Doctors.
Dr. Ruby Ezra is one of the Greats. She was easy to talk to and genuine. The office was run like a well oiled machine but with heart and soul. I have never had a more thorough exam.
Doctor and staff were so admirable that I actually changed from my GP to Dr. Ezra

As soon as I stepped foot to the receptionist desk they would not see me if until I called my insurance to change the provider name on it. They never called me in advance to make me aware of changing providers especially on my card (as they know they get paid if their name is on your card). I gave the ref # to the receptionist and 10 minutes later they were talking about the name did not change. I communicated that I gave the ref # already to the other M.A. they ran a whole spu of exams that I did not go in there for to get the most $ from my insurance. Once I was aware of this I opted out. The doctor did not let me leave the room until she convinced me on taking them, when I opted out still and reassured her I was only there for anxiety she walked to the front desk and started scrolling on her phone. BC I opted out she didn’t continue servicing me or write a script for my trip in 3 months. She wanted me to come back in two weeks to do the tests and wait to give script til that month??

I’m a bit disappointed I wasted my time. The doctor I scheduled with is listed under Gynecology and I specifically requested a female provider that was available on Saturdays and she was listed. I had scheduled this visit for a NPV to discuss IUD removal and pap. I had to fill out New Patient forms and one of the questions asked what I was in the office for, to which I wrote GYN/IUD removal. I wish the front desk would have read this when I handed them these forms to save all of us time.
I was called to the back and the Medical Assistant had taken my vitals and began doing a stress test on me, that’s when we spoke about why I was here and when I mentioned my reason she told me I was scheduled to see a male doctor for a primary care visit, NOTHING to do with Gynecology and that the provider I originally booked with isn’t available on Saturdays…why is she listed as such. Honestly, this could’ve all been avoided had my forms (online and physically in office) had been checked.

What a nice office! It is very clean inside and the ladies at the front desk are so patient and friendly. And Ruby Ezra is fabulous. I'm going to use her as my primary. She is extremely thorough,a good listener and just a lovely person. Would definitely recommend.

This office was awesome! Ruby was so kind and thorough with my health. She was caring and attentive. The staff was super kind and accommodating to me and my 8yr old son. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Ruby Ezra was a clear communicator and answered my questions thoroughly. She and the office were somewhat pushy about becoming my primary care doctor and getting many tests done during my one appointment though.
She also forgot to send over one of the medicines I needed for my recovery. When my pharmacy reached out to her, she and the office were unavailable and I still haven't received my second medication. I tried calling the office number but did not get through either.

Copay was twice as much as it should have been, even after I tried to talk with them about it. Booked for a birth control prescription - says they can do it when you book, put it on the online form when I booked, and told them when I first arrived. They waited until after they charged me double the proper amount to tell me that they can’t do my prescription. I asked why they confirmed they could and why they come up as being able to do it on zocdoc and they said the front desk doesn’t know what they can and can’t do and zocdoc “just says anything”. Wasted my day off from work to book with them, spent over an hour waiting to be seen, charged my incorrectly, and now I need to find another provider.

Worst experience ever! No one seems to know what they were doing there… I had a preemployment form that needed to be completed. Nothing was done… It was a huge waste of time and a very backwards place with backwards staff never going back there again I don’t even wanna go near that place again that’s how bad it was. ?

For my apt they took 40 minutes to check me in when office was completely empty. All staff overall lost. The practitioner was extremely insensitive about certain questions that were asked that had nothing to do with my apt even when I questioned it my concerns were not kept in consideration & rudely said ‘I am doctor, & can ask any question’ she had no reason to ask me if my dad is alive or not how he passed away I just lost my dad & I being only daughter it was extremely rude of her to question me. When I said I don’t have any family history medically period & what my ear pain had anything to do with this appointment? Then she wanted to know how he died - When I said it was natural she said oh so he never went to the hosp unbelievable I was extremely irritated & hated my overall experience I was in alot of pain so I came to get checked Never coming back again. She repeated everything I had already said 2-3 as if no attention was being given to anything I am saying. Terrible experience

The doctor was very friendly, but I felt like she wasn’t listening to a word I was saying - I had to repeatedly answer questions that weren’t relevant to the reason I booked the appointment. I can see why people would like her and I’m sure she might be a good primary care physician, but my appointment left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t think I would go back.
