“Dr. Hodge is a fantastic listener. She asks all the appropriate questions to make sure she fully understands your situation before making a suggestion for treatment. I happen to be a particularly difficult case because many medications just don't have an effect on me, and Dr. Hodge has not given up finding alternatives. She's also very open to your opinions for treatment and making sure you're comfortable with it. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.”

Horrible experience I never received a link to even see the doctor. I called the office and they got back to me hours later and said there scheduling system isn't in sync with zocdoc. The whole app is horrible. Had this happen with 3 different doctors over three days. Don't waste your time !

I spoke to someone on the phone prior to the appointment confirming said appointment. The time for the appointment came and went, I received no link to enter the appointment. I emailed, texted, and called the office. Finally someone answered the same number I confirmed the appointment with, and they had no record of my appointment or my intake forms, insurance, anything. I asked if I could reschedule the appointment, and the administrator said verbatim, “it’s just that I have no idea what’s going on, so, I’m going to call you back.” And hung up on me. I have yet to get a call back (it’s been over 24 hours)

Dr. Rukisha Hodge is an extremely intelligent and professional psychiatrist. I've been to so many others for years, and all they do is just make me try every single SSRI or SNRI available, or add antipsychotics to them when I say it's not working. And all I have is severe social anxiety. Dr. Hodge was the only one who suggested a gene test to narrow down the options that would work best for me, and when they don't she tries a new approach, not just a different medication of the same category. Great listener, easy to talk to, and determined to fix your issues.

The doctor had open 3 open spots 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. The moment I booked I received a called from her office saying she had no available appts that is was a mistake on behalf of Zocdoc and that they had made Zocdoc aware of this and still wasn’t fixed. Then I was asked if I wanted to see another provider that was available. I was under the impression they just use that specific doctors name because of her rating to have pote rial patient book and then come and just oss them along to another provider. Zocdoc should really look into this. Because it seems to be This is something that happens very often when booking visits with certain doctors.

My appointment with Rukisha Hodge was great! She really took the time to understand my issues and get an understanding of my history. She was very kind and friendly. I felt that she asked appropriate questions and really took the time to listen to me. She went over treatment options, possible side effects, and next steps. I feel confident in the care I received and am relieved to have found Rukisha Hodge.

I will never refer this office. I was contacted by the office via text on multiple occasions regarding insurance. They never confirmed that my insurance was verified and told me about a large copay even though I messaged them multiple times with my new insurance details. I contacted them 20 minutes prior to the appointment time to see if we had to reschedule since I received no information for meeting with the doctor virtually and they mentioned to me 2 minutes before my appointment time that I had to reschedule because the insurance team is still verifying my insurance. I made the appointment the prior morning, which should have given the insurance team more than enough time to verify insurance. Communication with this office is horrendous and only after cancelling my appointment was I told that the doctor had an emergency today and couldn’t see any patients. Zero out of ten!
