About Dr. Rupal Bhatt
Dr. Rupal Bhatt, a board-certified and recertified Internist, has been practicing in the New Jersey Metro area for the last 21 years. She earned her medical degree from Smt. N.H.L. Municipal Medical College, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and completed her training at hospitals affiliated with the prestigious Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, including time spent at the world-renowned Sloan Kettering Medical Center and Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in Internal Medicine.
After her training, she began her practice in New Jersey with the Veterans Administration and quickly rose to the rank of Lead Physician at the outpatient center. Her accolades include the prestigious “Oak Leaf” Award, bestowed by the Veterans Administration for outstanding excellence in patient care, accompanied by a Congressional Letter of Commendation from Congressman William Pascrell. Recently, Dr. Bhatt was awarded a special commendation for 19 years of service to the United States Government at the Veterans Administration. Most importantly, her daily “award” is the smile on her patients' faces.
With years of expertise, Dr. Rupal Bhatt entered private practice in Fairfield in late 2007 with the mission of providing state-of-the-art, compassionate primary care for young families and the geriatric community. Today, Dr. Bhatt's practice includes a spectrum of patients-from “soccer moms” and teachers to general contractors, business leaders, and their parents-all in the local community. Her commitment to adults and their geriatric parents makes the practice a true family practice, leading to a healthy community.
