I went into the 33rd and lex location on a saturday afternoon. There really wasn’t a wait and was seen within 10 mins of waiting. The nurse was very friendly and warm but I personally did not like the doctor’s manner. I came in to confirm a diagnosis and she wasn’t very helpful. I feel that she could have given more insight into my situation and offered advice on maintenance moving forward but she was very curt and just told me to go with my original doctors opinion. When patients come in for a second opinion, they usually want a different point of view and additional information that would be helpful not a less than 2 minute dialogue. It was a waste of time.

Really poor experience! Was asked to wait for an hour just to be handed the sample jar. The receptionist wasn’t apologetic of the delay and the PNP spent right under a minute to hand me a jar for samples. The lab looked fishy and non functional so wouldn’t be surprised if they actually couldn’t run my labs. So much for urgent care. These kind of experiences are what is wrong with the health system here.
