He earned his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies Caribbean Region. His clinical education was performed within the New York City hospital system. He completed his fellowship in pulmonary disease and critical care from Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. French is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society and Society of Critical Care Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine.
