“Being prepared to get the most out of my session proved to be quite an advantage. Our hour flew by but we got so much done. I had confirmation from Ruth on issues I had expressed and felt they would benefit both my husband and I. I feel more confident to move ahead so that my husband can get ahead of some annoying bowel issues he suffers from. I have already infused some of the practices we discussed yesterday. I am thrilled since I felt that it might be a bit tedious but Ruth makes embarking on improving my husband’s gut health seem so natural and not so much added work. The session was serious but fun and I came away with better understanding of foods to help as well as foods to eliminate. I feel more confident in changing some foods out that are eaten so that we can enjoy so new foods that will be enjoyable and eradicate the colon issues hopefully. I look forward to more sessions with Ruth, as well as her care plan she sent me after the conclusion of yesterday’s session.”

Ruth was on time and prepared, having reviewed my medical history prior to the call. She was attentive and asked great questions to understand the full picture of my diet and goals. Ruth was thorough in educating me and spoke in a way that was not confusing and full of jargon. She was kind and patient. I walked away feeling that I got a lot of value from our visit and empowered to make improvements that seemed possible and well within reach.
Ruth was very knowledegable and responsive. She clearly understood my complicated situation and came up with a plan that makes total sense. I felt very comforable talking with Ruth and I recommend her highly.
I was assigned Ruth Clark as my dietician. After my first session with Ruth I can see that she is passionate with regards to guiding patients to a better, healthier lifestyle. She was very thorough when it came to collecting my patient background and living circumstances and used these facts to put together a beginning plan to alleviate the symptoms I have been experiencing. I look forward to continuing to help improve my quality of life.
She was friendly, well informed and attentive.
Ruth is knowledgeable and quick to understand the problem. English is not my first language, and she made sure I understood her and she spoke slowly and clearly.
Ruth is very knowledgeable about SIBO and how to use diet and supplements to not just manage symptoms but get to the root causes.
Ruth was a great listener about why I made the appointment and was very helpful offering a multi-step approach for me to achieve my goals of better overall gut health.
Ruth Clark was helpful in just the right way! She was a good listener and understood my complicated health. Good suggestions.
Ruth is amazing. My mother had major surgery a year ago and she is the first person who seems to truly understand a variety of ways to improve my mother’s health and quality of life. I have felt alone over the past year while I try to coordinate her care across a variety of hospitals and specialists. I feel like I have a real partner who has the knowledge and compassion to truly help us.
I'm grateful for Ruth's guidance in preventing intestinal issues. She was kind and explained things in a way that made sense to me. Ruth advised me to stay hydrated with water, tea, and coffee, and to include daily activities like walking and yoga. The tip to opt for cooked vegetables instead of raw was also valuable. Her detailed advice on foods like nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and certain meats, and how to handle them, was very good. I appreciate her proactive approach in suggesting careful chewing or avoiding these foods when needed. I also liked the idea of trying higher protein non-dairy milk, expanding my dietary choices. Thankful for Ruth's expertise and personal support, I'm committed to following her suggestions and the plan she created for me. Truly grateful for her help
Love my RD. Nothing to change.
