Even lab staff was extremely friendly and drew my blood faster than I’ve ever had before (I’m an incredibly hard stick and this usually takes a long time).”

The two providers I saw at this office were absolutely awful. Condescending, rushing out the door despite me having more questions. Did a lab I did not ask for which led to a lot of confusion on my end and they still refuse to sit with me to help me understand what's going on. Then when I tried to access the lab to see the results for myself, they were no where to be found. Not in the portal I nor the lab finder account. Emailed the back and forth for days and they still haven't provided a way for me to see my lan results.

I got what I came for, but the experience was not very good. The office was crowded. I had a very nice intake person, but she overshared about her insurance status, spoke negatively about coworkers and talked about her boyfriend's job and how much he was paid. It shifted the focus of the intake and made me uncomfortable sharing my medical details, despite her friendliness. I was seen by a different doctor from whom I booked with. There was confusion from the doctor and office about my insurance and why I sought a physical at a different office while doing blood work with them. I appreciated the doctor wanted to protect me from insurance issues, but she and everyone was so confused it complicated the visit more than necessary. The doctor also frequently interrupted me, anticipating what I'd say, which was frustrating especially considering how long I had been at the office. Lab work was done at a separate facility, also complicating the visit. I will go to a hospital for labs next time.
