More information on payments and coverage

We would like to share an overview of our billing and payment process at Eastside Psychiatry to help set clear expectations. • Copays are collected on the day of service. • After your appointment, we submit claims to your insurance. Once those claims have been fully processed, any remaining patient responsibility will be reflected on a monthly billing statement, which is sent on the 10th of each month. • If you receive a statement and need to split your balance into a payment plan, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can assist you. • If we do not hear from you regarding a payment plan, the remaining balance will be automatically charged on the 20th of each month using the card on file.
