During our first visit, I take time to understand your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals so we can develop a personalized plan together. I use an evidence-based approach to evaluating and treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and other mental health concerns. Treatment may include medication management, education, and brief supportive therapy when appropriate. I believe in open communication, shared decision-making, and helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their care. My focus is on building a collaborative relationship that supports long-term mental wellness and improved quality of life.
