PA Hood was very personable. I enjoyed the communication with him and also his assistant, Isaiah. PA Hood listened to my concerns and explained all possible options. I enjoyed this interaction very much and highly recommend him to anyone seeking dermatology care.

Theresa the front desk lady gave me the tablet to feel out my info however was immediately rejecting my insurance stating I had HSA when in fact I did not I had HRA which is owned by my employer not me as the individual. She kept mentioning she wanted to make sure I could cover my visit and didn't even explain anything further but just wanted me to rather make sure I had enough money. She did not do her job correctly and I am highly disappointed and feel profiled.

The wait was a little long. However, it was a busy Monday. Dr. Ryan Hood was very attentive, kind, and very informative. I walked in concerned and a bit afraid but after my appointment with Dr. hood, I walked out happy and full of confidence. I highly recommend.

My visit with Super Dermatology was GREAT!! PAC Ryan Hood was great. Easy to talk to, great listener, and really seemed to take pride in his job. Dr. Super also came in to see me and double check a few things and she was just lovely as can be. So glad I found a great dermatologist close to home that I can trust!
