The provider was great. The office felt like a free clinic, large, busy, worn furniture. It lacked the warm office feel of a private practice. The front office staff was sufficient, but not necessarily warm or friendly. She seemed overworked managing the front by herself in such a busy environment, there's not time for waem pleasantries.

My appointment was great, great location, great staff, convenient hours. Lab is open on Saturday which I really love, I was able to make a next day appointment and fill out paperwork on line
