I would say. I was embarrassed and humiliated to the point I did not want to reschedule. Before my appointment I explained, I applied for Medicaid. And was approved, just needed to hand in some paperwork. Which I was doing that day. I asked would this be an issue. And I didn’t have a physical card. They said no. The day of the appointment. I was told it would an issue. And I didn’t fill out the paperwork online. The person on the phone seemed bothered. What if I was 80 and didn’t know how to use a computer, I thought. But they told me then out let’s wait for my insurance to come through because Medicaid may not pay for it. I was will to pay out of pocket, but no one asked that. So I plan to look for someone else.

The adjustments have been working great for my child, who's on the spectrum. It has helped calm some of his anxiety and improve sleep. Highly recommended.
