This was my first experience ever with any E.N.T. It could not have been better. Dr. Thorwarth and all the staff were professional and very caring. Everything was explained thoroughly and effectively. Should I ever have a need again, I would most certainly return. My experience was excellent.

Poor bedside manner, couldn’t figure out what was wrong and made me feel like I was the problem. Wouldn’t look me in the eye and spoke to me like I was a child. I followed up with a basic PCP who diagnosed me right away with something the specialist missed. ?Won’t be back.

Dr. Thorwarth was interested in what I had to say asked lots of clarifying questions which I appreciated, he has a nice manner. Office personnel seems a little eclectic but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I would go back to see this physician if my sinus situation does improve.
In Florida especially it’s difficult to get in touch with an allergy specialist and I was able to get this appointment the following day, which to me is a bit of a miracle.

I feel like I may have caught him on a bad day, as the reviews mentioned he has a great bedside manner—that was the main reason I chose him. I even drove over an hour to see him. Unfortunately, when I was finally seen, it felt like he was in a rush and that I was wasting his time. It was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning.

Dr. Thorwarth was very on point with how he is going about treating me & why each process is needed. The front desk ladies were in direct communication with my insurance when a problem risen & figured out immediately. The Dr. That did the audio testing has a great sense of humor & made me feel at ease in a time I was experiencing high anxiety because of not knowing what was going on with my health. She explained in detail what & why she was doing the things she's about to do. She showed me my results immediately following the hearing test & explained in terms I understood. Alot of places will hand off results to the next physician but I was happy with this way because I like to know results as soon as the results are known.
Florida E.N.T & Allergy has a patient for life.

Wait time was a tad long but I was a new patient.
Would have been nice if the office employees would have acknowledged my wait and offered me some insight on the wait.
It was frustrating to sit there and watch other patients who had appointments the same time or even after me go in before me.
It just would have made my wait more pleasant if they would have acknowledged my 45 minute wait.
But they were friendly and the office is exceptionally clean.
The doctor was clear and friendly. Explained what was possibly going on and gave me information to hopefully elevate my issues

From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was around 30minutes. The nurse Tori was very friendly and helpful. She took me into a office right away. Doctor Thorwarth came in right after her and addressed my issue. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend all my friends and family to go see him. I will be going back myself.
