Getting to know S Brooke Taylor

Hi, my name is Brooke Taylor, and I’m excited to get to know you. I earned my Master’s in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and have worked with women for over 20 years, developing a strong interest in women’s issues, including psychiatric symptoms related to pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. I also have experience caring for men and adolescents, focusing on their specific mental health needs. I am open to seeing patients of all genders and sexual identities/preferences. I look forward to meeting you and tailoring your plan of care to your unique mental health needs. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I hope that each and every patient feels satisfied with our meeting and my focus on tailoring their individual plan of care. After our first meeting, I usually follow up within a month to make sure they are feeling improvement with symptoms. I then plan to see them every 2-3 months depending on their severity of symptoms and medication management.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
