I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping individuals attain mental well-being, using a collaborative and individualized approach with each client. I work closely with clients to help them achieve their goals using a combination of evidence-based treatments and within the context of the clients’ cultural, spiritual, and religious beliefs. I specialize in medication management and non-pharmacological approaches that link our mind and body experiences.
Psychotherapeutic modalities may include but are not limited to CBT, IFS, mindfulness, supportive therapy, and optimizing nutrition and physical well-being. I work primarily with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
