I have been recommending Dr. Ratner nonstop since I saw her a couple of weeks ago. She spent over an hour with me asking me so many questions & gave me great tips on how to manage my pain. I had intense joint pain and inflammation and feared I had RA or another autoimmune disorder. Doctor Ratner listened thoroughly and patiently, ordered so many tests, and got answers. She found out that I had a virus from a mosquito bite that I got while traveling overseas. She also discussed diet, supplements, and lifestyle changes to help me feel better. She wasn’t judgmental at all, just a kind, caring doctor who wants to find answers. I trust her so much after one visit and am so grateful to have found her.

Dr. Ratner was caring, thorough and patiently answered questions. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My only criticism has nothing to do with the medical care.
Having to pay for the parking deck was a inconvenient since the machine only takes cash. I rarely have small bills on me but luckily I did. Would like to recommend that the doctors office consider validating parking deck tickets.

This was one of the most incredible doctor experiences I have had. She listened and for the first time I felt like I had found a doctor who would help solve the issues I was experiencing. Her bedside manner was fantastic and it was very clear with her questions that she was extremely knowledgeable.

Dr. Ratner is an excellent and exceptional doctor. She took a lot of time to answer questions, was very kind, and seemed to really care. I never felt rushed during the appointment. She ordered an MRI to see if that was adding to my fatigue and pain, I’m grateful that she did that. She could tell I wasn’t feeling well overall and gave me a referral for a physical therapist. I really appreciate her concern for my overall health. Excellent bedside manner. I wish more doctors were like her. I highly recommend her.
