The receptionists of this place are just trash. They don’t know any manners. Extremely rude people.
Verified patient
Always a long wait time no matter when you arrive. Other than that, everything else is okay.
Wait time too excessive (2+ hrs) with 3-4 appointments before mine running behind schedule
Came in for a physical, Dr. was professional and curtious. Staff was polite and pleasant.
Good doctor. Came for annual physical and he was thorough, reviewed all my med records.
Dr. Badlani was a good listener and made me feel heard, a skill too often overlooked

The office staff was very friendly. Office followed covid protocols and was very clean. Dr Badlani was very nice and helpful. I would definitely revisit in the future.
Verified patient
Dr Badlani was wonderful. Connected to my records for background, asked great questions and most importantly communicated short and long term goals and tools to manage my asthma and prevent flare ups. Very easy to talk to and clearly knowledge of latest guidance. Discussed overall health and build my confidence in trusting my symptoms and responses to treatment protocols. It was a long wait but I was not disappointed once seen.
Verified patient
Dr was very kind and understanding, actually listened to me and my concerns for my family member and provided me with options to try before coming back. Very helpful.
Verified patient
I read some negative comments about the front desk staff online and was a little wary coming in. But I had a wonderful experience. From the doctor to the staff and nurses everyone was incredibly kind and professional. I am terrified of blood and sometimes faint during blood tests but the nurses and especially the office manager, Nabila went above and beyond to keep me relaxed and supported.
Verified patient
Told him all my symptoms but brushed me off. Said he didn't have the appropriate equipment to do a test on my lungs. Was no help in diagnosing my condition.
First appointment with this doctor as PCP was fine. The nurse who drew my blood did a great job. Appointment was on time and everything was clean.
Verified patient
Very professional and very through.
Verified patient
My visit was very informative.

I would say six stars,
Verified patient
He talks over you when you have a question. Instead he likes to lecture you on your "condition" without conducting any tests. When a test was finally performed he wasn't even in the building. I wasn't happy with the test results, went to two other doctors who had different opinions, and then realized this doctor misdiagnosed me. Please STAY AWAY. He lacks professionalism, told me I was fine, and then was told by two other doctors that I had pneumonia.
Dr. Badlani was somewhat helpful but the receptionists are terrible horrible and all need to be fired. If you have to see a specialist in this building good luck. The physician assistant who administered the test was a nice guy though. But the ladies in the front all need to be fired immediately. Incredibly disorganized and haughty with no manners and poor English command.
The Doctor is very professional. He is easy to talk to and he listens to you.He reviews my medication and gives me my refills.I give him the highest professional rating.Thank you DOC.
Verified patient
Dr. Badlani was very comprehensive in his assessment and gave very thorough recommendations. The only down side to this appointment was that I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen.
Verified patient
The first time I waited for over an hour for a pre-travel checkin. The second time I waited for almost 2 hours and then they reported they did not have the shot I was scheduled for. The third and fourth times I was seen right away and was pretty easy. I liked Dr. Badlani a lot and appreciated that he answered my questions. I also was very impressed with the PA who I saw. Overall, if you are willing to have a potentially long wait time, he is worth it.
Verified patient
Is a very good and professional doctor.
Verified patient
I think Dr. Badlani is an excellent doctor, takes time and consideration with his patients. Only negative would be the long wait time, over an hour.
Verified patient
It was good. The doctor is professional and available to answer any questions. He doesn't seem to rush to leave and meet with other patients. However, receptionists are a bit rude.
Excellent physician. Avoids just writing you a bunch of prescriptions like other doctors. Helps you by giving solutions to the problem. I look forward to many years as a patient of Dr. Badlani.
Dr. Badlani is great Doctor . However, the office staff is incredibly disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. I had to change the dr. Badlani to another doctor, because one of the ladies at the front desk was rude to me. I just feel sorry for the employers, and also dr.Badlani, their business can be ruined so easily just because they hired wrong people.
Overall it was a pleasant visit!
Verified patient
The staff attended to me in a professional and friendly manner. My concerns and needs were addressed. My physician was excellent.
Quick & easy
Very satisfied!
