I have not seen a more unreliable and unprofessional office staff. I was thinking of making this doctor my primary care provider but so utterly disappointed, will definitely not be doing that.”

Dr. Sachi Mistry is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with a passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. Dr. Mistry earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, followed by her medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
She completed her residency training at UT Southwestern Medical Center and now calls Dallas home.
Dr. Mistry is dedicated to forming meaningful, long-lasting relationships with her patients and working collaboratively to achieve their health and wellness goals. She believes in treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—and takes a proactive approach to preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Mistry enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and playing with her Goldendoodle.

The doctor was great. The staff pleasant. But i filled out all the forms on line, I however I do not have a printer, therefore they made me fill out allover again when I got there. Not a fan of that.

The suite number was not on the email that I received for the address so it took me 15 minutes to actually find the office, the girl that sat at the front desk was not friendly at all, I don’t think she smiled one time. And when I told her about the suite not listed, she said OK well you’re here now.

This is my second visit seeing Dr. Mistry and I still feel the same as I did the first time I went in. She’s a GREAT listener (which I’m not used to experiencing with doctors) and she explained possible causes and potential treatment extremely clearly and effectively. And she also seems like a very kind person in general. I would definitely recommend.

The practice has quite unrealistic restrictions on what medications they allow their providers to write. Moreover, you will not know of these restrictions until you arrive and pay for the visit. If a provider is barred from their practice to write certain basic prescriptions, then it calls into question their capacity to provide simple care and their investment in you as a patient.

I have always been a nervous person when going to the doctor. But all of my nerves got settled when I got seen by the Doctor. She listened to my concerns and explained to me in detail of my steps. I was glad to find a doctor who listens to any concerns.

Dr. Mistry was very knowledgeable and personable. But more than anything I feel like she actually listened to my concerns, asked me questions and offered solutions which was huge for me. So many doctors are quickly in and out of the room but she actually sat down, looked me in the eye and discussed the reason for my visit. My husband and I will not be seeing anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend.
