What stood out was the provider prescribed medication, didn't call it to the pharmacy. So the next morning at 10:30 am left a voice mail explaining that the medication was not phoned in and please do that and respond back to me. Nothing happened. Called the pharmacy today and still nothing. Weird, felt like a very unprofessional way of dealing with a new patient. Anyway, total waste yo go see the doctor

Dr. Sadia is incredible. No only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend Copa de Oro Medical Group as a great facility to establish care.

The doctor was not professional, she brushed off the check up and used AI to take notes for her. Normally an annual routine would include a blood test and she just said “it’s fine” given my age and that I already did one last year so I had to tell her I wanted to do one. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a doctor that cares about your health, doctors should not be brushing off your needs or using AI to take simple notes

Dr. Sadia is so incredibly kind, caring, and attentive! She takes time to listen and really made me feel comfortable as a new patient. I felt that she was genuinely invested in learning about me and helped me understand different options to improve my overall wellbeing. The office staff are also friendly and welcoming and kindly explained next steps at the end of my visit.
