I completed my Dietetic Internship at Montclair State University and have been a registered dietitian since 2013. I have worked as a registered dietitian in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and private practice for more than 10 years. I hold a certificate of training in obesity intervention for adults from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and have experience in chronic disease management, including diabetes, cardiovascular, renal, and pulmonary diseases, as well as healthy aging, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and hypothyroidism. I am passionate about healthy eating and nutrition and provide dietary advice in a friendly, relaxed environment.
