“My experience with Allen Foot Doctors, and in particular Dr. Handa DPM, was excellent. Front office is clean and front office staff are on the ball. There is a calmness when you enter the office that was very relaxing and put me at ease when I walked in.
Dr. Handa is, knowledgeable, professional, listens, and communicates efficiently and effectively. He found a few more painful spots on my feet that I didn’t know I had ??, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know.”

About Dr. Sahil Handa
Dr. Handa was raised in Carrollton, Texas and is thrilled to be back to serve his North Texas community. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas. He furthered his education and received his doctorate at Midwestern University, Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine. After earning his doctorate, Dr. Handa completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at HCA Houston Healthcare, Kingwood, with a specialty in Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Handa specializes in sports medicine, diabetic foot care and lower extremity trauma. Dr. Handa is a proud member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Texas Podiatric Medical Association.
In Dr. Handa’s free time, he enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, attending games of Dallas based sports teams, and spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys traveling the world with his wife, learning about new cultures, and experiencing new cuisines.
